Our friendly Infrastructure Operations team are seeking an Administration Support - Infrastructure Operations.
The hours of work for this position are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
Key responsibilities for this role include: Assist with managing infrastructure operations contracts, including procurement processes, preparing requests for proposals, and processing contract claims and purchase orders.Accurately record and maintain data in compliance with council requirements, prepare and format various documents, and establish organized contract files within the electronic filing system.Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, follow up on action items, and monitor customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and continuous process improvement.Respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely manner and provide accurate information as required.Coordinate periodic contract compliance activities, follow up on actions from contract meetings, and prepare formal contract letters for contract managers.What you will bring: A relevant administration qualification or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years' experience as an office administrator, executive/personal assistantA team player with the ability to work autonomously and use initiativeFlexible with the ability to respond to changing demandsGood general computer skills including data entry and other business software Intermediate level MS OfficeWhat we offer: Career progression and training/development opportunitiesPositive focus of employee health and well-being: Workstation assessments, free flu vaccines, EAP services, 50% off eye exams, discounted gym memberships etcKiwisaver and Superannuation SchemesAccess to sick leave from day one of employmentAppointment time leave: Up to 2 hours for important appointments eg.
