Enterprise Recruitment have a number of upcoming opportunities supporting our varied client base in administrative based temporary assignments. We are looking for experienced Administrators to take full responsibility for these roles.
Each assignment will differ in duration, hours and skill requirements, but if you are proficient with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook) and offer the following skills or experience we may have just the role for you, some with immediate start times. These roles will require you to be available over the Christmas and New Year period.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Highly motivated, self-starter
Good time management, organisation, and forward planning skills
Have proven experience with recent/relevant references
Be able to work full time, Monday through Friday outside school hours
Skills & Experience | Whakatu rakau: Administration/reception experience is essential for these roles
Good working knowledge of IT software systems, including competency in MS Word and Excel
Pick up and retain new skills and processes quickly
High level of attention to detail – accuracy is a must
Data entry
Technical/contract administration
Payroll
Accounts administration
PA/EA diary and travel coordination
