We are seeking an Administration Assistant & Customer Service Lead to support our office team in a variety of tasks based at our head office in the heart of Hamilton East. This role is 25-30 hours office based but flexible for the right person.
All specific training will be provided but to be considered for this role, you will have an engaging personality and have proven experience in providing administrative support. You must be able to demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to work autonomously. We are looking for someone who is systems strong and organised.
Each day will look different as priorities shift so flexibility and a can-do attitude is a must.
Management of inboxes and answering general emailsHuman resource supportOnline merchandise/Shopify webstore managementWholesale customer supportPackaging and stock management and orderingGeneral office support and back-upYou are:Organised and efficient in completing tasks.Confident, or a quick learner with software systems ie. Google Workspace, Shopify, Unleashed or similar inventory software platform.Responsible, reliable and have great initiative.Fun, positive, have a can-do attitude and most of all, love ice cream!
