We're looking for an enthusiastic Activations and Promotions Coordinator to support our local area teams and national partners in delivering impactful community marketing and promotional activities at Hato Hone St John.In this role, you will be instrumental in creating, coordinating, and delivering community marketing initiatives, targeted activations, and sponsorship support across the organization. Your efforts will help strengthen our presence in the community and enhance our partnerships. You will serve as the first point of contact for partnership and community activation inquiries, managing the team inbox and assisting stakeholders in drafting briefs. You will also work closely with the Customer Experience and Marketing team for information sharing and support, and help stakeholders utilize social media to achieve their local objectives.Key responsibilities:Assist the Partnerships and Activations team in implementing partnership plans and achieving shared goals.Help coordinate and deliver local marketing activities and one-off promotional events, such as retail store openings, volunteer recruitment evenings, and community campaigns like Shocktober.Work with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of local promotions.
