Details of the offer

Our client is a charitable organisation who provides support to people with disabilities in all aspects of life, by providing programs, support and advice. They run a variety of programs and services for their members – from funding to subsidising taxi travel and physical activities, to grants, member events and support networks.
They are now looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work part–time, approx. 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Duration: Start ASAP until 30th of September/Part-time
Location: Work from home
Duties include:

Accounts payables 
E-card redemptions
Invoice redemptions
Monthly reporting
Processing Batch payments to bank accounts
Credit card & expense processing
Managing a shared inbox for general enquiries (distributing mail to other staff as appropriate)
Managing Accounts email inbox (coverage if the Accounts Administrator is not available/assist with queries when it's busy).
Data/spreadsheet management/preparation for outgoing publications 

Requirements:

Accounts assistant/administration experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Problem solving skills and proficient in Microsoft suite
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
Must have experience using Xero accounts system
Ensure a stable internet connection & fully set up to work from home
