Account & Relationship Management (Sales)
OneStaff is New Zealand's leading blue collar recruitment company that has been operating for 27 years and is locally owned. Our Christchurch team is currently on the hunt for an experienced Client Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to oversee our engineering sector with the ability to grow, develop and manage all staff and clients.
Our business focuses on providing recruitment and labour hire services (temporary and permanent) to the industrial sector. We are looking for an experienced salesperson within the engineering sector with a proven successful history of sales and account management to look after this well-established portfolio. This role combines your ability to hunt for opportunities, provide solutions, and deliver an excellent recruitment service.
We have a very supportive recruitment team, with a strong emphasis on our people, ensuring we not just meet our client's expectations but equally meet the needs of our job seekers.
We require a motivated individual who has excellent account management skills and is able to build on current relationships.

Account management, building relationships
Attracting skilled candidates to place into varied job vacancies
360-degree recruitment of a variety of engineering roles, both temporary and permanent
A focus on the health and safety of our staff when working on the sites
General office administration, maintaining and updating our internal CRM database
Providing excellent customer service to clients and job seekers
To be considered for this role you must have:
A fantastic attitude with strong personal drive and sales acumen
Natural leadership ability and a desire to achieve
General knowledge of the Christchurch area and local engineering sector
Experience with various computer software, and maintaining an internal database
A passion for customer service and dealing with people of all walks of life
The ability to multi-task while staying composed
The ability to work as a part of a team and have a laugh as you go
