Applicants may be required to travel to properties/sites around the country from time to time. The salary range is $93,000 - $113,000 per annum. What will you do:Reporting to the IST Manager, this role encompasses both Service Delivery as well as performing Systems Analyst functions. The purpose of the IST Service Delivery Lead is to oversee the delivery of IST operational services to Craigmore business units. This involves coordinating and ensuring operational IST services meet business needs, and continuously improving service processes. The IST Service Delivery Lead is responsible for delivering business improvements through system design, configuration, testing, deployment/training and support. Specific Duties will include:Requirement gathering/analysis and ConfigurationCollaborate with business users to understand and document their needsConduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement Configure software and systems to meet the business requirementsCreate comprehensive documentation of the configuration and process designEnsure system configuration is in line with Craigmore security and privacy standards as well as the wider system landscape/architectureTesting/Implementation and Training/RolloutDevelop and execute test plans to ensure quality and functionality of the solutionTroubleshoot and resolve issues during the implementation and testingCreate end-user training guides and SOP's Provide training and support to end users to ensure effective utilisation of the softwareSystem support and maintenanceMonitor the performance of the system and perform regular maintenance activitiesProvide ongoing support and problem solving of issues Work closely with technical teams to implement upgrades and enhancementsIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and system enhancementsSystem Administration and Service ManagementProvisioning user accounts, and permissionsManager and/or ensure appropriate governance of master data Oversee the delivery of IST operational services Ensure adherence to SLA's Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas of improvementEnsure timesheets are completed on time and reflect time spent fairly and accuratelyLeadershipProvide guidance and support as required.Champion a culture of continuous improvement and professional development Champion a sense of 'team'Incident and Request ManagementEnsure tickets are triaged and allocated to the appropriate resourceCoordinate responses to major incidents and service disruptions Change and Release Management Monitor and report on compliance with change management processes to ensure minimal disruption to servicesCoordinate with project leads to ensure smooth release of new features and updatesEnsures changes are documented and communicated effectivelyAsset Management and Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure appropriate stock levels are maintainedEnsure asset records are kept up to date Ensure asset allocation charges are timely and accurateServe as primary point of contact for service delivery issues and escalations Maintain strong relationship with business units and stakeholdersGather feedback and work on improving customer satisfaction Skills and experience we are looking for:To be considered for this role you will have 5-7 years' experience in a similar role, and ideally with an agriculture-based company.
