Our company is the prepaid market leader with over 7,000 retail outlets nationwide providing Prepaid products via Point of Sale, back office systems and eftpos terminals. As an ICT Account Manager & Service Technician  you will be managing a territory with tons of sales potential and will become the face of the company to your customers. This role will suit someone with ICT sales experience who is a strong sales hunter and is not afraid to cold call & knock-on doors to get to the decision maker. This is a permanent position and you will be required to work 40 hours per week between Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, after-hours calls/store visits may be required.   Your key duties will include: Selling, Installing, managing, troubleshooting IT hardware and Software in relation to point of sale, back-office systems and or Eftpos terminals. Ensure that all existing clients are managed and continue to build on these relationships Cold call and knock on doors for new opportunities with the view to open new accounts. Maintaining a regular call cycle within your client base. Developing sales potential and achieving sales targets. Assisting in maximizing sales opportunities within company retailers. Skills and Experience: To be considered for this position you will need: Two or more years proven sales and/or new business development experience within an ICT-orientated role. Be a confident communicator and competent deal maker. Excellent solution sales and relationship building skills. Strong time management and organization skills with attention to detail A team player attitude with the ability to work autonomously. Able to take on board advise and follow sales guidelines. Be personable, self-motivated, trustworthy, resilient, well presented and hungry to succeed. Preferable ICT qualification Previous experience in the route convenience channel is highly desirable.   Culture and Benefits: Good remuneration and commission.
