Under direction of the Zero Harm Manager, the Zero Harm Business Partner, referred further as ZHBP will be responsible for implementation of the Inspection & Auditing Regime.
Responsibility is extended to completion of all incident investigations and monitoring of internal and external compliance to Contractual, Company and Statutory requirements.
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
The ZHBP will ensure company policies and procedures are implemented by the internal staff and the Subcontractor base and will represent the Contract Team to resolve contractual issues that may occur from time to time with Kainga Ora.
The role will support and guide operations in the effective management of workplace safety to minimize risk and harm to all employees, client representatives, customers, subcontractors, and visitors.
The ZHBP will assist the ZH Manager with auditing of works in progress to check compliance with the Contract HSE requirements and identify areas of risk exposure.

Experience auditing health & safety and quality within a building environment.
Effective communication with Contract Services Manager, Works Supervisors, Team Leaders, Spotless Trades People, and contact centre staff.
Distribution of reports (via email) to all relevant stakeholders, including the Spotless Contract Management and specified Kainga Ora Management (where relevant).
Escalation of potential causes of delays in incident investigations (in writing) and reporting to the Spotless Contract Management and specified Kainga Ora Management (where relevant).
Provide technical HSE related advice to Works Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Subcontractors as required, to assist compliance with contractual and legal requirements.
Provide training and inductions for new employees and Subcontractors on the contract requirements and HSE, where required.
