You will be reporting to the Team Coach and working in a team of youth workers.
This is a full-time, fixed-term role based in New Plymouth. You will be working Monday– Friday, 8am – 4:30pm. This position is fixed term until June 2025. About You | Mou:
We're looking for a savvy and energised youth worker to join our growing service.
You will have: A National Certificate in Mental Health and Addiction Support Work (Level 4) or National Certificate in Youth Work.An understanding of trauma-informed care and working with young people.Full NZ driver's licence.An understanding of Information Technology – Microsoft Office preferred.A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.Previous experience in youth work, social work, mental health, and addiction preferred.Maori and Pasifika are strongly encouraged to apply for this role.
