We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic People & Culture Business Partner to lead the People & Culture function across Strategy Collective and West End Hospitality Group.This role is an exciting opportunity to utilise your technical and professional skills within a company that values creativity, knowledge adoption, and innovation.You will be responsible for providing assistance and guidance to management on a broad range of Human Resources policies, programmes, and practices across both the Strategy Collective and West End Hospitality Group brands.If you are passionate about developing talent and creating engaging workplace cultures, this could be the perfect role for you.The Role:As People & Culture Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in shaping the people and culture within the organisation. You will be tasked with providing comprehensive services and advice on all aspects of Human Resources, from employment relations and immigration to rewards and recognition.In this sole charge role, you will report directly to the Managing Director of both West End Hospitality Group and Strategy Collective and play a crucial role in the Senior Leadership Team.Your expertise will be key in setting the strategic direction for our organisation, ensuring that the company remains compliant with all legal requirements, while also fostering an environment that encourages growth and development. Your ability to build strong relationships with both General Managers and employees will be instrumental in promoting HR effectiveness across the board.Additionally, you will play a key role in embedding a performance management culture within the businesses, driving business improvement through clear objectives and feedback.Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements among businessesDevelop and implement new policies, practices and programmes to meet organisational needsBuild strong business relationships General Managers and business partnersPartner with key stakeholders, as required, to ensure OD outcomes align with strategic business drivers, using data and insights to evaluate and show your success.Manage employment relations and ensure compliance with NZ employment legislation.Embed a performance management culture within the businesses as a means of driving business improvementProvide guidance on recruitment, remuneration and performance management.Drive initiatives that boost employee engagement and foster a cohesive, high-performing team.About You:The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Business Partner role is someone who brings a wealth of experience in the field of HR.Your experience in formulating new strategies and procedures will be invaluable in this role, as well as your up-to-date knowledge of current employment legislation.Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels.Exceptional communication skills with experience in diverse, multicultural environments.A minimum of 7 years' experience in providing generalist advisory on a wide range of complex People and Culture services.Thorough knowledge of NZ employment legislation.Ability to interact and influence at an executive/strategic levelExperience in formulating new strategies and proceduresWhen you join our team, you get some pretty cool work perks.Collaborative team and family office environmentDiscounts across West End Hospitality Group establishmentsFinancial contribution towards fitness initiativesYour birthday off!Paid affiliation to professional bodiesSouthern Cross Health CoverLife and Trauma InsuranceEAP servicesHow to Apply:If you're passionate about shaping a positive workplace culture and making a tangible impact, then please apply online via our HRIS through the following link (rather than applying through Seek directly): https://bitly.cx/3tb1uW Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
