Your work:

Provide operational and leadership support to the Workshop Manager to ensure the thl motorhome fleet's mechanical servicing, appearance and functionality is constantly legally compliant and prepared to a very high standard.
Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training.
Co-ordinate with the Assistant Branch Manager to distribute the day-to-day workload.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum of five years mechanical experience or full NZQA Trade Certification.
Full current driver's licence.
Experience within the automotive industry.
Extensive knowledge of automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and parts).
Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repair.
Technically and diagnostically competent with ability to coach, train and develop others.
