The Role:
We are looking for a part-time Store Manager to join this high-end women's fashion boutique in Northern Christchurch. This role will see you lead, inspire and coach a small team of passionate staff reporting to and supported by your Area Manager. Driving Sales and KPIs, customer engagement and team member coaching and development. Identify areas of opportunity for your store and team in a high-profile space. Most importantly, you will thrive with customer service and put customers ahead of all else.
Responsibilities:
An exceptional salesperson: somebody who enjoys working with fashion and creating a great customer experience.
Ensure efficient operation of your store to excel in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels and wage control.
Motivate your team to achieve targets and provide stand-out customer service.
Closely monitor and track store sales - acknowledge outstanding results and identify any areas of missed opportunity.
Effectively manage the wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
Coach and mentor your team to maintain high team morale and encourage their individual development by ensuring training and succession plans are in place.
Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.
