Workshop Manager

To be successful in this role, you will have: Reporting to the Director, we are seeking a Workshop Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities related to maintenance, repair, and servicing.
This role involves managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the workshop, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key responsibilities include: Planning and scheduling maintenance tasks.
Troubleshooting complex technical issues.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide technical advice.
Ensuring timely delivery of services.
Demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
About You: · Relevant Level 4 Qualification or no less than 3 years experience.
· A good understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
· Valid NZ driver's license and a clean driving record.
· Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision.
