An opportunity exists for a Workplace Success Manager to join their team. Overview The role exists to drive commercial outcomes by connecting our products to workplaces within Australia and abroad. There are three areas of responsibilities: Business Development •Originate and develop relationships with potential workplace clients to expand HOMS network •Identify new partnership opportunities and channels to market •Coordinate leads from broader HOMS network and review channel strategy •Generate engagement with a key prospect list to increase sales revenue •Provide insights to improve HOMS programs and drive adoption. Relationship Management •Foster and cultivate relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction •Drive repeat business •Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the client's ecosystem to deliver exceptional service. Sales Operations •E2e accountability for distribution pipeline and workplace sales processes, including CRM maintenance. •Integrating automation where appropriate to deliver sustainable outcomes. •Forecasting and budgeting for revenue & activity targets.
