With over 130 practices nationwide, we are the heart of every New Zealand community and want to ensure we are providing the highest standard of care to our patients & ongoing support to our clinicians.What You'll Do:Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, making them feel comfortable and at ease.Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage the dental practice calendar, ensuring optimal efficiency.Maintain accurate patient records, including updating personal information and treatment details.Handle patient inquiries, in person, online, and over the phone, providing exceptional customer service.Assist with financial processes, such as processing payments, managing insurance claims, and discussing treatment costs with patients.Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and workflow between the front office and clinical areas.Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and front office.Hours: The hours for this position are Wednesday's & Thursday's: 9.00am – 2.30pmQualifications:Previous dental experience is preferred but not required.Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to empathise and communicate effectively with patients of all ages.Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software.A friendly and positive attitude, even in high-pressure situations, to create a welcoming and supportive environment.Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills, as you'll be working closely with both clinical and administrative staff.Additional Information:A supportive and collaborative team environment that values your contributions and fosters professional growth.Competitive remuneration and benefits package commensurate with your skills and experience.Industry-Leading Network: As part of the Abano Healthcare network, you'll have access to a wealth of knowledge, resources, and opportunities to move and grow within other practices in the network.If you're ready to take the next step in your dental career and join our outstanding team, we invite you to apply.Expected salary:Location: AucklandJob posting date: Fri, 30 Aug 2024 22:20:21 GMTApply for the job now!
