Your proactive customer service approach will prioritize first contact resolution and the collection of necessary information for specialist intervention when required. You will deliver high-quality, professional, and proactive communications to customers, utilizing real-time, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor SLA adherence and track issue progress. Additionally, you will lead engagement forums and educational programs with customers, forecasting future support requirements. This is a full-time permanent role open to candidates based in Auckland and involves a hybrid work model. We're looking for someone with excellent collaboration skills, a knack for innovation, and a focus on customer satisfaction, along with the following experience: Experience (strategic and/or operational) working with executive teams of varying sizes and technical skills and knowledge. Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on executive level support. Success oriented and committed to achieving challenging objectives and delivering excellence, goal focused, forward thinking, committed to empowering others. Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute.
