We are looking for someone to join our leadership team. Seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Restaurant Manager with a natural passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a strong eye for detail.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Ensure our customers have a standout experience with friendly and memorable service at all times.
Work closely with the Head Chef on a regular basis to keep Food and Beverage in line with our brand.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and time management.
Ability to multitask and possess great communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Build effective relationships with the staff and lead by example.
Work closely with the owner/operator to achieve financial budgets.
Conduct monthly appraisals for all FOH staff.
Recruit, train, and develop the front team.
Write costed rosters that meet weekly budgets.
Build rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and return clientele.

Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager in a similar environment.
Excellent communication and service skills.
Familiar with all aspects of Beverage including wine, cocktails, and spirits.
