Mo te Turanga | YOUR ROLE As a key player in our NZ Workplace experience, you will enable strategic direction and ensure operational excellence by developing and managing a comprehensive roadmap for portfolio. Your role encompasses evaluating and identifying new service capabilities, anticipating business needs, and addressing potential misalignments to enhance service delivery. You will cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, including senior leadership, extended property and technology teams and vendors, ensuring their needs are met. You will maintain operational oversight of all property and property technology, such as video conferencing, in New Zealand. Your proactive customer service approach will prioritise first contact resolution and the collection of necessary information for specialist intervention when required. You will deliver high-quality, professional, and proactive communications to customers, utilizing real-time, weekly, and monthly reports to monitor SLA adherence and track issue progress. Additionally, you will lead engagement forums and educational programs with customers, forecasting future support requirements. This is a full-time permanent role open to candidates based in Auckland and involves a hybrid work model. Ou Pukenga | ABOUT YOU We're looking for someone with excellent collaboration skills, a knack for innovation, and a focus on customer satisfaction, along with the following experience: Experience (strategic and/or operational) working with executive teams of varying sizes and technical skills and knowledge.Commercial real estate management experience.Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a focus on executive level support.Success oriented and committed to achieving challenging objectives and delivering excellence, goal focused, forward thinking, committed to empowering others.Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute.A high degree of technical competency including a thorough knowledge of Apple and Microsoft Windows OS including O365 product suite.Start your career journey with us and click 'Apply'!
