You'll support the Workplace Experience Manager in various operational activities across Australia and New Zealand.Based at a client site with modern offices on Viaduct Harbour!Snapshot of the role:Assist with accounting, maintenance, vendor oversight, and purchasingManage client relationships and participate in meetingsEnsure vendor compliance and procurement processesMonitor site financial operations and submit purchase ordersAssist with IFM projects and capital planningConduct site inspections and coordinate subcontracted servicesMaintain asset management systems and generate reportsProvide 24/7 emergency call supportThe ideal candidate demonstrates client focus, teamwork, proactivity, and integrity. They excel in problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building.
