Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Prepare for meetings, manage schedules, create accurate company reports, review and update business documents, draft company-wide communications and book travel arrangements. Handle receipts and invoices.
Office Management: Maintain general office upkeep, order supplies, organise repairs, and assist with company events.
Maintain site administration and general inquiries, responding to customer emails professionally.
About You:
Trustworthy and reliable, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to handle competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous Personal Assistant, Support and/or Administration experience is preferred.
Requirements:
Valid working rights in New Zealand (Citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa holders).
