JLL is seeking a dynamic Workplace Coordinator to join our Integrated Facilities Management team in Auckland. You'll support the Workplace Experience Manager in various operational activities across Australia and New Zealand.
Based at a client site with modern offices on Viaduct Harbour!
Snapshot of the role:
Assist with accounting, maintenance, vendor oversight, and purchasing
Manage client relationships and participate in meetings
Ensure vendor compliance and procurement processes
Monitor site financial operations and submit purchase orders
Assist with IFM projects and capital planning
Conduct site inspections and coordinate subcontracted services
Maintain asset management systems and generate reports
Provide 24/7 emergency call support
The ideal candidate demonstrates client focus, teamwork, proactivity, and integrity. They excel in problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building. Key attributes include accountability, learning agility, results-driven performance, and effective leadership skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications and/or experience in Management, Business, or Facilities Management preferred
Knowledge of building services and maintenance
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
