Due to the continued growth of the business, we have an opportunity for a highly motivated Workforce Planning Coordinator with strong administration experience to join our team based in Bell Block, Taranaki reporting to the General Manager.
About the Role
The Workforce Planning (WFP) team provides timely and efficient movement of CR staff to meet overall business needs and in compliance with CR policy and procedures.
The Workforce Planning (WFP) Coordinator is responsible for managing the allocation of competent personnel with the relevant required skill sets, transportation, and accommodation, training, and medicals to help delivery of the daily operation of the organisation.
Role Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
Be a focal point for the provision of people movement services within the business.
Management of rosters, flights and accommodation for all Contract Resources personnel.
Ensuring employee mobilisation is carried out in accordance with client/site requirements.
Coordinate crew movements between projects across Australia and New Zealand.
Identify crew training requirements, provide details to training personnel in line with specific contract/client requirements.
Maintain regular contact with employees regarding upcoming projects.
Provide Project Managers with support and advice on allocated project employees.
Assist in forecast planning for peak periods.
Booking of periodic medicals, specialty medicals and baseline monitoring for Contract Resources' workforce.
Responsible for all recruitment for Contract Resources New Zealand.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
Previous experience in rostering, booking flights and accommodation.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential.
Be highly organised, self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team.
Ability to build relationships at all levels.
Ability to oversee and manage the deployment of people resources efficiently and effectively.
Proficient with Microsoft Suite and the ability to navigate multiple client onboarding portals, as well as other internal mobilisation systems.
Experience with recruitment and the onboarding processes.
Any HR experience would be an advantage but it is not a requirement for this role.
