Permanent Part-timeBased in Stratford/HaweraWe are currently seeking a vibrant and motivated Employment Coordinator to work alongside and support our clients one on one into sustainable paid employment.
Do you enjoy working with a diverse range of people; to achieve their goals, to set them up with the tools needed to enter employment, and build a better future for themselves and their family?
Applicants would ideally have experience in the following areas:
· Outgoing personality and ability to communicate confidently
· Ability to identify individual strengths in clients and build on these
· Building rapport and support clients to set and achieve goals
· Identify skills and qualities in clients to support a career pathway
· Ability to build relationships with local employers
· Skills to source appropriate support agencies to meet client needs
· Able to work both in a team and independently
· Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (not essential)
· Full Class 1 Drivers License
