We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team based in our Distribution Centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing workforce strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for analytics, workforce optimization, and a desire to contribute to the success of a well-established retail brand.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis: Utilize workforce data to conduct thorough analysis and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Forecasting and Planning: Develop accurate and actionable short-term and long-term workforce forecasts to meet business demands.Collaboration: Partner with HR, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to understand business requirements and align workforce strategies accordingly.Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation to enhance efficiency and productivity.Reporting: Prepare and present clear, concise, and insightful reports on workforce metrics to aid decision-making at various organizational levels.Technology Utilization: Leverage workforce planning tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance the accuracy of forecasting.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Workforce Planning Analyst or Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years' experience.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI and SAP).Experience with process mapping software (e.g. Promap).Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data-driven insights in a clear and compelling manner.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.This is a permanent full-time role - Monday to Friday (40 hours a week) based at our National Distribution Centre in Auckland.The salary range for this role is $57,000 to $62,000.Join us in shaping the future of our workforce and making a positive impact on our thriving organization.
