This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving our organisational effectiveness and supporting our transformational journey.
The opportunity - Te turanga As a Senior Business Partner - People & Culture, you will collaborate closely with Executive and senior leadership teams to deliver strategic and tactical people solutions.
Your focus will be on driving transformative change initiatives that future-proof our business, aligning with our annual operating plan and specific business area people plans.
This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, a commercial mindset, and the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
The key areas for this role are: Transformational change - supporting and implementing transformational change To be successful in this role, we are looking for: Proven experience as a People & Culture business partner Strong track record of successfully partnering with executives and leadership teams to drive organizational change and deliver business outcomes.
In-depth knowledge & experience of HR practices and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop practical solutions.
Experience leading or contributing to significant HR transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
