We are seeking a qualified nurse to join our team in a permanent, part-time role as a Workforce Development Coordinator.About the RoleReporting to a supportive Quality Manager and working alongside and in consultation with the Clinical Management Team, key responsibilities of the role include:Oversight of the induction and orientation programme for all staff in the regionEnsuring accurate records are held of all internal and external trainingFacilitation of ongoing training programmesAs required, consultation and the provision of training for the management teamLiaising with the Workforce Development Team in our Christchurch serviceConsultation on, and assisting with the implementation of, our newly launched internal Learning Management SystemThis is an on-site role based at St John of God Karori, 16 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your own work pattern.About YouOur ideal candidate is passionate about staff development and has previous experience coordinating workplace training programs.
