The NZ Police Workforce management (WFM) Team is offering multiple Workforce Coordinator roles across the following locations:
Wellington – 2 roles with the WFM Service Centre team based at Police national Headquarters, 180 Molesworth Street, Wellington.
Northland – 2 roles with the Northland District WFM based at Walton Plaza, 3-5 Albert Street Level 1, Whangarei.
Tamaki Makaurau – 2 roles with Tamaki Makaurau will be based at Counties Manukau hub.
We are looking for motivated, reliable and professional individuals looking to join our team of 15,000 and our Workforce Management (WFM) Team in the role of Workforce Coordinator.
The role of the WFM Coordinator is an important role within WFM teams. The WFM Coordinators are responsible for information gathering, responding to queries, updating rosters, planning for abstractions, entering data, making system changes and communicating with different members of police. The role works as part of a team supported by senior and experienced colleagues. Full training will be provided and no WFM experience is necessary – a good mindset, awesome coordination skills, great communication, and a desire to learn are key!
Key Accountabilities:
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) to develop reports and documents.
Excellent time management, communication skills and teamwork.
Adaptable to change and re-prioritisation of tasks.
Working collaboratively to achieve KPI's.
Be motivated, energetic and self-driven.
Capable of working under pressure and to deadlines.
Experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce planning and WFM are desired but not essential.

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $63,526 and $66,312 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
