Workforce Management (WFM) is a critical enabler in the delivery of services, or in an organisation like NZ Police, deployment of our most important resource – our people. A high-performing WFM function will keep our people safe, reduce risk, ensure we meet demand, manage our financial liability around leave management, and be great to work with. The role of the WFM Coordinator is an important role within WFM teams. The WFM Coordinators are responsible for information gathering, responding to queries, updating rosters, planning for abstractions, entering data, making system changes and communicating with different members of police. The role works as part of a team supported by senior and experience colleagues. Full training will be provided and no WFM experience is necessary – a good mindset, awesome coordination skills, great communication, and a desire to learn are key!
