We operate by land, sea, and air, manage over 860,000 emergency calls a year, and are always actively preventing crime and crashes.About the Role:Workforce Management (WFM) is a critical enabler in the delivery of services, or in an organisation like New Zealand Police, deployment of our most important resource - our people. A high-performing WFM function will keep our people safe, reduce risk, ensure we meet demand, manage our financial liability around leave management, and be great to work with.Key Accountabilities:- Ability to think analytically and critically, and present information in a clear and concise manner.- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.- Preferably experienced working with computer systems and applications.- Exceptional teamwork and collaborative ability.What You'll Bring:We are looking for skills, knowledge, and experience relevant to the role.
