We are currently seeking a skilled Workday System Analyst to join our dynamic People Experience team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for our new Workday HRIS system, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with business needs across our core People functions.Key ResponsibilitiesAddressing employee or PX user queries related to Workday modules such as Core HCM, Absence, Learning, Recruiting, and Integration, and provide tailored solutions to meet business needs.Providing ongoing system maintenance and support as part of everyday operations, addressing issues and performing tasks like EIB data processing, configuration of Workday objects, and other system updates as needed.Partner with PX functional experts to understand business requirements and offer sound recommendations that optimize system usage and improve the user experience.Ensure that all system changes are properly managed and documented following best practices. Ensure the integrity and stability of the system through effective change management.Identify and escalate any issues or requests that deviate from the Global Workday design or business processes to the Global Workday Product team.Manage and execute requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment for Change Requests in line with established governance processes.Review bi-yearly Workday releases, evaluate new features, and recommend enhancements that drive continuous adoption, innovation, and business value.Required Knowledge & SkillsA bachelor's degree in IT-related fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar disciplines.Ideally 5 years of experience in HR systems implementation or support, ideally within a global or regional setup.Proven hands-on experience in functional configuration across Workday modules and familiarity with IT ticketing and support tools.Strong understanding of the relationships between Core HCM and other Workday modules.In-depth knowledge of the Workday data model, security configuration, and reporting capabilities.Familiarity with Cloud HCM and Workday's implementation approach and lifecycle.Experience in leading process design workshops, compiling functional design documents, and performing system configurations.Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and leading practices.Able to engage effectively with key stakeholders, guiding them through decision-making processes.What We OfferAlong with a salary commensurate with experience, you will receive ongoing learning opportunities, access to 100+ retail discounts and company discounts, wellness initiatives, a supportive team environment where everyone wants you to succeed and other benefits.Interested?
