Starting salary range: B06 $78,222.00 - $94,689.00
Start Date: November 2024

What you'll be doing
You will have the agility to navigate and pursue professional working relationships within the community, building rapport with local businesses and partners to support the local labour workforce in creating sustainable outcomes.
Your primary responsibility is sourcing vacancies and placing clients into these roles, so you'll need to be a real "people person" with excellent communication ability relating to our clients and employers.
Experience in employment services or recruitment is advantageous! You will use influence and networks to seek out current and future employment opportunities from employers in primary industries.
This will involve cold calling, the use of technology and networking to bring in great opportunities for our job seekers.
You will also be able to profile job seekers to employers and build long-term professional relationships that go from strength to strength.
You'll work alongside Case Managers and other Service Centre colleagues to ensure sustainable employment outcomes are achieved.
This role takes a lead in engaging with Health Care, Construction, Retail Trade, Education & Training, Manufacturing, Horticulture and other industries to support engagement and recruitment of our clients into seasonal and permanent opportunities, sourcing clients for recruitment and training programmes, and other labour market activity as required.

You will champion the voice of our clients by recognising and promoting their skills to employers.
You enjoy hunting down new opportunities and growing existing relationships. Your natural flair for seeking out labour market trends and insights ensures you proactively anticipate impacts and opportunities.

You will need to have a full clean NZ driver's licence and the ability to travel around Auckland North & West region as required for this role.

Salary range
$78,222.00 - $94,689.00. Starting salary is aligned to skills, knowledge and relevant work experience.
