Join a collaborative team with supportive leadershipFull-time, Permanent OpportunityAttractive PackageTHE OPPORTUNITY The Window & Patio Manager's role is critical in ensuring the successful management of the Windows and Patio division. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of operations, from initial pricing to final delivery and installation. You'll be expected to drive the division to meet its sales and operational targets, ensuring that all performance standards are achieved. Additionally, you will support and collaborate with the sales team, actively seeking out new opportunities to contribute to the growth and success of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute constructively to achieving company objectives, including meeting sales and operational targets.Identify opportunities to improve operational performance in both the windows and patio product lines.Lead by example to promote positive outcomes for clients, staff and the business.Oversee and coordinate the recruitment, discipline, and performance management of team members.Develop strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure good continuity of supply, competitive pricing, and consistent quality of raw materials.Ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained in both window and patio products, meeting or exceeding industry best practices.Communicate effectively with the management team about improvements to company systems, products, and services, including both windows and patio offerings.ABOUT YOU Extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on aluminium joinery, building envelope solutions, or patio products preferable.Proven track record in leading and motivating teams in dynamic and demanding environments.Excellent communication skills, capable of promoting the company with clients, contractors, and suppliers.Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.Proficient in using multiple computer systems within a multi-user IT environment.Willingness to travel as required.ABOUT CONTOUR Contour is part of the Stratco group, a dynamic, national leader in the manufacture and marketing of building and home improvement products.
