About The Role In this hands-on role you will lead a team of analysts to support the analytical requirements at the heart of decision making for the wider Genesis Group.
As Wholesale Analyst Manager you will be responsible for owning, improving and optimising Genesis centre of excellence for modelling.
You will provide ongoing coaching and development for the team and oversee the team's use of the workflow management tool to prioritise work and delegate tasks to ensure that all projects and initiatives are progressing as planned.
This highly visible role will require collaboration across departments to deliver critical reporting to senior management, with a focus on consistent, replicable work standards.
Other key responsibilities will also include: Monitor and report on the progress of projects and initiatives to senior management.
Lead the implementation of a ways of working software to improve task visibility and prioritisation for the team.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Actively contribute to the design and implementation of technology improvement and replacement projects.
