This role encompasses developing and implementing robust security programs, managing a team of cybersecurity experts, and ensuring the utmost protection for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies and outstanding leadership and strategic planning abilities.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement SecureNexa's cybersecurity strategy and policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Security Solutions: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced security solutions to protect our clients' (e.g., businesses of all sizes, financial institutions) data, systems, and networks from cyber threats.Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments and devise mitigation strategies to address identified risks.Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, integrating this knowledge into the company's security practices.Collaboration: Work with other departments and senior management to ensure cybersecurity is integrated into all aspects of the organization.Client and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.Incident Response: Lead incident response efforts and manage security breaches, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Budget Management: Oversee the cybersecurity budget to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effective solutions.Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees and clients.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the status of the company's cybersecurity posture to senior management and the board of directors.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
