We are looking for a part-time Support Worker with experience working with autism who will be working alongside a young female. The shifts are Tuesday 3.30pm-6pm and Saturday 9.30am-1pm, with additional hours if required in the Newlands area.

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience working with youth
Full driver's licence and owning your own vehicle is essential
A desire to support people to learn new skills and achieve outcomes
Somebody who has the initiative to push people for their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box. You need to be respectful of others' thinking and their way of living life that may be different from your own
Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness are important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
