About the Role As the Service Manager , you will play a key role in overseeing service operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance and repairs across commercial construction projects. You'll lead a team of service technicians, coordinate resources, and ensure client satisfaction by meeting timelines and maintaining the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage service teams across multiple commercial projects.
Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, and service contracts.
Ensure all operations are compliant with safety and industry standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Provide technical support and guidance to service teams.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
About You: Proven experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership role, ideally within commercial construction.
Strong technical understanding of building systems and construction services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
