MILK, the world's premium photo book brand, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our Marketing team.
Are you an organised, solution-driven professional with a passion for guiding teams toward success? MILK Books is looking for a Digital Project Manager to help drive the successful execution of high-quality marketing strategies. As the Digital Project Manager and 2IC of the marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives. With a strong focus on operations, you'll manage projects, oversee timelines, and run sprints to ensure tasks are completed efficiently using Agile methodologies. Strong communication is key in this role, as you'll act as the central link between departments, working closely with production, design, and tech to maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and brand look and feel across all marketing efforts.
Note: This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Option to work a 32-hour week.

Your responsibilities:
Support the Marketing Director as the 2IC: Act as a key support to the MD in all marketing initiatives and business as usual.
Agile Sprints: Help plan, run, and oversee fortnightly Agile sprints, including backlog prioritisation, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with our Production, Design, and Tech teams to align on marketing initiatives, new product launches, and customer experience enhancements.
Brand Messaging: Assist the team in maintaining consistent and market-appropriate brand messaging across all marketing channels.
Affiliate and Influencer Programs: Manage, implement, and track the global MILK Affiliate and Influencer program under the MD's oversight and with support from our Partnerships Co-ordinator and Brand and Social Media Executive.
B2B Partnership Development: Identify and develop B2B partnership opportunities that enhance brand awareness and revenue, including the professional membership programme.
Campaign Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyse all marketing and brand campaigns to ensure optimum effectiveness, conversion, and performance.
New Product Development: Assist the MD in managing and implementing new product development in alignment with the annual marketing strategy and roadmap.
Financial Responsibilities: Keep record of marketing expenditure across all channels to ensure budgeted costs and margins are achieved.
