Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of minor building, painting, general repair works & water blasting for our commercial clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' properties are well-maintained and in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform minor building and repair work across various commercial sites
Conduct painting projects, ensuring high quality and attention to detail
Carry out general maintenance tasks as required
Utilise your expertise to identify and troubleshoot repair issues
Provide excellent service to our clients, building strong professional relationships
Maintain the equipment, tools, and van provided in good condition
Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines during each job
Requirements:
Previous experience in commercial maintenance or as a handyman preferred
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Proficiency in minor building, painting, and general repair works
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and an eagerness to join a growing company
EWP & WAH (Working at Heights) certificate preferred
Clean full drivers license is a must
