Psychology, Counselling & Social Work (Healthcare & Medical) Full time A client-focused role working alongside ADL's skilled clinical team to improve the well-being of young people. Directly support young people with mild needs and their whanau Work alongside clinicians with young people with moderate needs and their whanau Help to navigate young people and their whanau to a wide range of pro-social and wellbeing supports. Provide a service that reflects the principles of the Treaty of Waitangi Respect the diverse ethnic and cultural heritage of New Zealand and utilise culturally appropriate approaches Work as an effective and collaborative member of a regional team for the wider organisation as a whole.
