These roles are part-time and include weekend and night shifts. Availability for Friday – Sunday day or night shifts with the ability to cover annual leave and sick leave as required.About you - Nga Korero MouExperienced Healthcare Assistant with a minimum qualification equivalent to NZ level 3 or above in the health care industry.Worked a minimum of 1 year in health care.Can share in our core values - O Tatou Uara of vision, optimism, respect, equality, and honesty, working effectively with people from a range of cultures.Excellent communication skills.An ability to inspire and motivate.Confidence working in a sole charge position at the lodge overnight.You want to be a valued team member and can offer a high standard of service and support for our residents.About the role – Mo te turangaProviding the best practice individualised healthcare to our Village residents.Familiarisation with care plans and provide care in accordance with individual resident notes.Ensuring own knowledge and work represents education received in conjunction with policies and procedures.Ensure changes in residents' conditions are accurately identified, documented, and reported to senior staff.Participate in annual review of care competencies to ensure best practice is maintained.Documenting progress of each resident's progress in a comprehensive and timely manner including utilising internal Qestral developed clinical software.Participate in Infection Prevention and Control strategies including ensuring the use of personal protective equipment.Participation in Health and Safety drills, training, and safety techniques.About us - Nga Korero Mo MatouQestral Corporation Ltd is a company specialising in the development of new generation retirement villages, with a strong focus on "lifestyle".
