Whether you're exploring captivating landscapes, immersing yourself in the arts and culture scene, or experiencing renowned Kiwi hospitality, Christchurch invites you to enjoy a unique and enriching life.About The RoleYou will be joining a well-established and very experienced team in Christchurch – with a busy referral surgical case load, physiotherapy service, advanced imaging (in house CT scan 64 slice) and 24-hour patient care.Our internal medicine currently comprises three specialists and one cardiologist plus residents. This role is distinctive, offering the chance to become part of our supportive internal medicine team within our hospital group while simultaneously establishing services in the vibrant city of Christchurch.This unique position allows you to be the sole provider of internal medicine services in the South Island, providing an unparalleled opportunity for professional impact and growth. With the autonomy to build and develop the service, we are committed to providing robust support throughout the process.
