Packaging Corp. of America is seeking a driven and hardworking Web Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to incoming chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.2. Provide product information, pricing, and assistance with orders.3. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.6. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in the chat support process.7. Meet or exceed performance goals set by management.8. Handle confidential information with discretion.9. Stay up-to-date on company products and policies.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.2. Proven experience in customer service or chat support.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Strong negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.6. Proficiency in MS Office and web applications.7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.8. Strong problem-solving skills.9. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.10. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
