Job Description:Health Net is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through live web chats to provide support, answer inquiries, and promote Health Net's products and services.
Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide information and assistance2. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner3. Promote Health Net's products and services to customers4. Collect and document customer information accurately5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience6. Meet and exceed performance goals and targets7. Stay up-to-date on Health Net's products and services to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2. 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales3. Energetic and confident personality4. Strong persuasion and decision-making skills5. Excellent written communication skills6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment7. Proficiency in computer software and web chat platforms8. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
