Job Description: Williams is seeking a highly experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction through our online chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring chat conversations, analyzing data, and optimizing chat performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates through web chat.
- Train and mentor chat agents to ensure they provide high-quality customer service and effectively resolve customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align web chat initiatives with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management to continuously improve our chat platform.
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management.
- Independent and motivated personality traits.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in chat platform software and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
