Job Description: FMC Technologies is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role. The Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our web chat platform, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat platform - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency - Train and mentor chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to optimize the web chat platform - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Resourceful and independent with the ability to work autonomously - Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction through web chat - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Benefits: - Free food - Dental insurance - Training & professional development opportunities Working Environment: At FMC Technologies, we are dedicated to understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
