Job Description: Cameron International is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, and possess strong planning and analysis skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all web chat operations, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat - Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Train and mentor chat agents to ensure high-quality customer service - Collaborate with other departments to optimize web chat processes and workflows - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 5+ years of experience in web chat management or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software - Experience with data analysis and reporting Benefits: - Gym membership - Relocation allowance - Visa sponsorship Working Environment: At Cameron International, we value building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
