We are looking for a talented Web Chat Assistant to join our team at the Hartford Financial Services Group. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Nelson, Nelson, NZ on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience- Utilize a variety of software tools to accurately document customer interactions and maintain records- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall success of the team

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure- Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with web-based applications- Hardworking and adaptable attitude- Emotional intelligence and people management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
