This leading fund manager has offices in Auckland, Sydney, Cambridge, Tauranga, Wellington, Christchurch and Wanaka and is looking to open a new office in Havelock North in the Hawkes Bay.
The appointment of a Wealth Management Associate is a key role, supporting the Advisor and contributing to growth in the region. Ideally, you will be someone who enjoys the financial markets, is currently employed in this type of role, and has had experience in the financial services industry.
The role:
Servicing of new and existing clients and being the main point of contact both in person and by email for account opening, onboarding, and queries.
Providing day-to-day support to the Advisors and working closely with the operations team who complete client transactions as well as the quarterly and annual DIMS reporting.
Put together investment packs for clients, maintain accurate client records, and ensure KYC/AML compliance.
Organising regional events and roadshows and liaising with other Associates on the execution of these events.
General administration, support, and covering of other Wealth Management Associates both regionally and in Auckland during leave or periods of high workload.
The Person:
An understanding of the investment advice market and services they provide to clients.
Tertiary qualified with strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Be a "people person" with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Have excellent organisational skills and administrative capability.
