As a Treatment Operator, you will be working as part of a dedicated maintenance team on our NZDF maintenance contract delivering the most efficient and quality-driven service possible to our clients. You will work within a committed team to collectively ensure our client's long-term goals are reached within the capabilities of the treatment plants. As a Treatment Operator, your key duties will include: Routine water & wastewater treatment plant operations Managing workload allocation and planning forward work Participating in the call-out roster (once necessary knowledge is gained), responding to alarms and remote monitoring of the SCADA system Driving customer service delivery and quality to ensure KPI's are met Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills Interest in the water industry, ideally with a Water / Wastewater treatment qualification Ability to perform to a high standard Be able to work well within a team and by yourself Flexiblity to travel between and work at various worksite locations Full class 1 driver's licence Sound numeracy, literacy, and computer skills Mechanically minded Ko te take ka parekareka e koe ki te mahi ki konei | Why you will enjoy working here.
